'The updates that have been done are very nice! From the electrical to the bathroom. My daughter loved the fan/nightlight. Everything was clean! We were in and out but the kitchen was updated and had all the basics you need! Close to I70 so it was easy access'

'very convenient for us and comfortable. some issues. Wall mounted HVAC unit in back bedroom made noise. Several places in house need finish work. Trim, doors on cabinets etc. no coffee tables or lamps in bedrooms and living rooms. If you're going to be in the rental business details are the hardest part. 'This property worked out great for our trip to see family in the area. Cute little neighborhood & nicely maintained home. Very clean. Fully stocked with anything you might need to cook with, lots of games, and all the kid stuff you might need, including bed safety rail for my little granddaughter. Jon and Susanna were great to work with. Check in/out was super easy. Will stay here again if we come back to see family again! '
