'The check in process was delayed and unorganized and when we got into the unit we were shocked to see only two beds when listing showed 3 beds. When speaking to the host he was extremely rude and told us we were wrong. We sent screenshots and he told us he wasn’t seeing those things on his side. Cleaners were still in the room after 4:00 when we walked in. Sheets were thrown in closet in a ball. There weren’t enough dishes for the number of people it allowed. No furniture on balcony and not much...

'We came to Charlotte for the Chiefs/Panthers game. We were delighted that the home was within easy walking distance. In fact, everything we needed was within walking distance--groceries, restaurants, and sights of interest such as NASCAR Hall of Fame. '

'My wife and i visited with another couple for a weekend in Charlotte. We went to the Charlotte FC match while we were in town. The location of the place was excellent. Walking distance to the stadium as well as to many restaurants and bars. Jamie was a great host and was available for any questions. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. We enjoyed the balcony for our morning coffee and evening drinks. Would definitely stay here again. '
