'My room had mosquitoes in it, and when I called the reception they told me that whole Jeddah has mosquitoes. I’m not sure they expect everyone to sleep with mosquitoes in the room. I got bitten a couple of times but I managed to kill 2 mosquitoes the next day. However the hotel was nice and in good location. I would have given it 5 stars if there were no mosquitoes, and I didn’t like how they handled the situation when I told them about it. '

'The hotel was fine, but definitely not worth the price I paid (even more than what I paid for a 5 star sea view room right at the beach in Dubai). Breakfast was great and all the staff members were friendly. The only thing I hated were the small windows in the room (made the room very dark).'

'Hotel is located close to Haram not suitable for people with walking issue or with wheelchair, as the hotel is on steep hill. Hotel provides buggy but at prayer time it is very difficult. The hotel itself is very nice and clean'
