'We enjoyed our stay at the Kookaburra Cottage immensely. The biggest drawcard was probably the location, short walk to the town centre yet quiet and we still got to enjoy the wildlife experience with Kookaburras, kangaroos, and an echidna around the corner! The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit was enjoyed by the family. The heating in the cottage was very adequate which made for a cosy and comfortable stay. 'The perfect place to stay in the Grampians with a dog! Such a fantastic property and heaps of space for the dog to run around. Perfectly well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Only 10 minutes drive from Halls gap too. We had such a great time and would definitely look to stay here again.'

'We love the unit which backs onto the reserve at the back. The view is lovely of kangaroos and emus from the back windows. The nice big dining table is good for playing games on. The only problem is the parking as we had to reverse in our cars because our unit is the back unit and the back car port is shared. If the front unit has its own car port in front then the parking problem would be solved.'

'Communication from owner was great and very comprehensive and timely with regards to how to access property. Properly was lovely. Exceptionally neat and clean and nicely furnished. Lovely deck amongst the trees and private deck off each bedroom. Beds were very comfortable as were the couches/chairs. '

'I stayed with my friend and her parents. While we went running in the mountains her parents we able to reach shops and hikes easily with the property being in such a fantastic location. The property was spotless, cosy and very comfortable. The spa was amazing after long runs. All instructions were easy to follow.
