'We stayed as two young women with our own car, and the host made sure that we arrive safely and comfortably by coming to pick us up at night to guide us through the drive to the apartment. 'The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. '

'The employees were friendly and helpful. There were some safety issues at this property. I fell in the bathroom because the tub was very high and the step to enter was too low. The room door needs a peephole. The step on the outside leading to the second floor has one stair two inches higher than the other stairs where i bounce my toes numerous times. I reported all these issues to the property manager on duty he did not take any notes and told me he was aware of these problems. Apart from that...

'Our stay was pretty quiet and nice. The host was very responsive from before we checked in all the way until we left. He even suggested a chef to us and many other places so that was nice. The view of this property is amazing omg! The decor and set up outside and inside is also beautiful and makes you feel like a home away from home if you are from the caribbean. However there is a lot maintenance needed. The pots and pans are dirty and old. The glasses are dirty and need to be replaced. The...

'The check in was very quick as usual my apartment was very comfortable i enjoyed it , and of course it was close to my events so i had ball so it suited my purpose the shower is dated need some new linen outside needs some work but as i said it suited My purpose. Close to all major pubs ,restaurant and beaches so that's a plus if you don't need to go out there's a pool on the property overall i had a great stay.'

'Mr. Owen was an excellent host! He was knowledgeable on the area, was able to suggest activities to do, and provide guidance on using public transportation. You must try his homemade ice-cream. It's the best I've had! '

"Het hotel grensde aan de Caribisch zee met een heel mooi exotische tuin. Personeel zijn overal aanwezig om de gasten te helpen met van alles. Eten is gevarieerd en gezond. Locatie is dichtbij winkels, banken en ook stranden. Al in al een mooi bestemming voor een geslaagde vakantie! "

"The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so that was no option to repeat for the following days. That is a very bad service of the hotel. I expected more and better service from this hotel.!!!"
