'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'Everything was a great except for the elevators. They were making this loud screeching noise as if two parts were rubbing together that shouldn’t be. They need to be look at asap, It sent my anxiety through the roof. Other than that the stay was wonderful'
