'Uitstekend hotel, hartelijke ontvangst, prima lounge voor het ontbijt (goed) of gewoon relaxen met koffie of thee. Ligt vlak aan I-10, erg makkelijk. Kleine probleempjes op de kamer direct opgelost! Snelle service. Ruime kamer met koelkast /magnetron. Goed werkende airco (wel nodig want buiten 35°C). Vlakbij grote shopping Mall, goede restaurants in de buurt. En natuurlijk is een auto nodig! Kortom, uitstekend, voor herhaling vatbaar! '

'Our experience durring our stay here was absolutely horrifying to say the least,although booked thrpugh hotels.com app the so-called manger overcharged and, booked, and checked us in through their hotels front office as if we had just shown up out of the blue and meeded a room (as, "cash paying" guests) even though it was verbally brpught to their attention out loud for all to hear very clearly and spoken in english that the reservation was booked and paid for (without opportunity for a refund)...

'There were five people waiting in line and it took 35 minutes to find the front desk clerk. upon attempt to check in, he proceeded to tell me that there was a $50 cash deposit. I said we had no cash. He said you have no room. And turned us away with a nonrefundable room and said sorry! The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful and did not care that they had been people wait that long'
