With hiking trails joining the Chippewa National Forest, as well as a long walk of endless shoreline, all for your private enjoyment during your stay. 'The property was fine. However you have to bring all of your own toilet paper, hand towels/hand soap for the bathroom, paper towels, dish soap for the kitchen, blankets and pillows. The lodge was FILLED with cobwebs, yet we were charged extra upon our check out for not taking out the garbages. There was no heads up that we were going to be charged either. The lack of communication on that was truly upsetting. We didn’t say anything during our stay about the cobwebs and I wish we would have...

'Kim and her staff make you feel welcomed from the time you check in until the moment you leave. They treat you like family, but are not as intrusive.
