'Er Zijn veel faciliteiten, het uitzicht is prachtig en de bedden zijn heel goed. Helaas zat er een natte plek in ons bed, hier is geen verontschuldiging voor geweest. De staat van meubilair en de afwerking van de kamer is sleets te noemen. Personeel is over het algemeen laag opgeleid, de uitleg over service in het hotel ontbrak, jammer, het had ons verblijf nog mooier kunnen maken op zo’n mooie plek.'

'The rooms here are lovely - not fancy, but spacious and comfortable. We stay here to access the Jordan ski lift, so the only downside is that if the lift isn't running (which it wasn't on one of our days, due to wind) you must take a shuttle to the other side of the mountain to ski. Still, we had a nice dinner in the restaurant, the people were friendly and we loved the cookies and hot beverages in the lobby when we arrived.'

'The hotel property and room was great. Found it interesting not one time except for when I checked in was there someone at the desk. Hotel staff were no where to be found on a normal basis. Saw housekeeping maybe once in the four day staff. Thankfully, I am low maintenance and didn’t have any needs. Stayed at a sister facility in Boston and the service was top notched and staff were visible and friendly. '

'This was a last minute 1 night boking and the room was just right for our needs. Disappointed that due to a small number of guests, management decided to not offer a hot breakfast (eggs etc). However, there was cereal, toast, waffles, yoghurt and plenty of coffee.'

'The hotel is currently being renovated, so the corridor with the elevator is a construction site. Our room had not yet been renovated and made a dated impression. But all necessary facilities were present and working. Nice and helpful staff, especially the cleaners. Of the 5 hotels during our trip through New England, this was the least good.'
