'This house is perfect for a big group. The owner and neighbor were very friendly and location was great for visiting local caverns. Took about 20 mins to get to skyline caverns and 45 mins to get to Luray caverns. Front Royal town is about a 15 min drive to get supply's. House was a new listing and I did give the owner some feedback on improvements since he asked for them. Great stay and would stay again!'

'This is a beautiful property with amazing views and privacy. The house is very well equipped and the host is very responsive. We saw lots of deer, turkey, grouse, and lots of other birds. The view of storms rolling through we great and even had full view of a double rainbow in the valley. I also hiked over to Eagle Rock and enjoyed the spectacular view from there. 'This property is like a self-contained vacation getaway with everything. The house has a mini movie theater, pool table, ping pong table, and tons of games. And the pool with the water slide is AMAZING. Add the gas-powered charcoal fire pit was great for an evening campfire and roasting marshmallows. Everyone had a BLAST.
