'The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ?...

'Von den drei in Italien von uns angefahrenen Hotels das zweitbeste! Wir können es nur empfehlen! Auch Hundebesitzern (wir mit Dalmatinerin, 7 Jahre alt). Auf dem Weg nach Brinidisi zur GR-Fähre nächstes Jahr möchten wir unbedingt wieder hier einchecken! Vielen Dank für die sehr freundliche Aufnahme durch den netten jungen Mann, der das Hotel betreut!'

'Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch eine gepflegte und geschmackvoll gestaltete Anlage mit großzügigem Park- und Poolbereich aus, das Zimmer war bequem und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Restaurant bot schmackhafte lokale Gerichte, das Frühstücksangebot war lobenswert. Den exquisiten Pool konnten wir leider durch die recht frühen Schließzeiten abends und spätere Öffnung vormittags nicht nutzen, das wird sicherlich bei einem nächsten Besuch nachgeholt. '

'We made last minute reservations on a winter night and the owner met us in very friendly way at the entrance. He was helpful and very nice and approachable. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and modern. Good WiFi. Breakfast ok. '

'Property was very unique and quaint. Our bed was a little uncomfortable and the walls/floors are a little thin so we could hear other guests easily. Breakfast was good & in a cute little kitchen! '

'Super clean and quiet B&B in a residential area of Pescara. Our hosts were very responsive, and the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would definitely book again. It's helpful to have a car, as the B&B is a bit off the beaten path. You will have your own parking spot behind a locked gate, which was very reassuring for us. Highly recommended!'

'Con la famiglia (4 persone), ho soggiornato in un appartamento della Residenza a primo piano com grande terrazzo. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia dalla reception dell'hotel, che è adiacente alla residenza. Siamo arrivati qualche ora in anticipo, ma ci è stato concesso di entrare subito nell'appartamento, che era già pronto. C'è un parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura. Anche se è possibile, non abbiamo sperimentato la cucina dell'hotel. Al bar abbiamo comunque sempre trovato...
