'Took stars off because the toilet was dirty and there was urine and toilet paper in it. The dinner service was canceled because of illnesses which is understandable. You have to pay extra for room coffee and no creamer. The lobby coffee was only out between 6-9am which is not late enough! The $15 per night credit was nice considering the amenity fee is $28 per night. 'Inside the hotel provided a nice Victorian feel. However, outside the hotel there is a lot of homelessness around the entire downtown area (not just limited to this hotel). As long as you are aware of this, it's a great place to stay. We still walked around outside the hotel as there are many places to eat nearby, within walking distance. '
