Groot appartement op de eerste verdieping met een kingsize bed in twee slaapkamers, twee dubbele bedden in de derde slaapkamer, queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer. Beperk tot 8. Ga op uw terras zitten en geniet van een drankje terwijl u zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen op de James River bekijkt. Vijf minuten rijden naar Busch Gardens en Water Country USA, vijftien minuten naar Historic Williamsburg en William and Mary College. Resortzwembaden en restaurants zijn niet beschikbaar tegen mijn prijzen. Ook WaterCountryUSA is tien minuten rijden naar een geweldig waterpark.

Family vacation at 706 Graves Ordinary
We arrived on a VERY cold Tuesday evening and the condo was toasty warm. We have stayed several years in a row for my wife's birthday and alwsys enjoyed the accomodations and location. Plenty of room and very comfortable.

Exceptional Accommodations
Everything about this 3 BR 3 bath unit was exceptional - spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and beds, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful views of the James River, lovely wooded walkways, access to Kings Mill dining (delicious and beautiful sunsets). We were just minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and several outstanding restaurant choices. It was a perfect get-away for a gathering of lifetime friends.

I echo all of the previous reviews. Along with two of my college roommates and our wives, we enjoyed Fred's remarkably comfortable home. We were in town for a long weekend to participate in a local sprint triathlon. The three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living room, and kitchen were ideal for the six of us. It is one thing for us fellows to be impressed (and we were.) But to also garner high praise and the seal of approval from all of the wives is the real gold standard. Thanks, Fred.

Great stay at Kingsmill!
My adult children and I stayed at Fred's place for a visit to Busch Gardens. The condo was exactly as described and was absolutely perfect for our trip. Fred was great to communicate with (quick responses and so helpful in every way), check in was a breeze, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Everyone raved about how soft the sheets and towels were and the GREAT water pressure in the showers (much appreciated after long hot days at the park).We had plenty of room (there were 5 of us) and loved having a private bathroom in each bedroom. The views of the James River from the porches were lovely -- it felt like we were on our own private estate :-). Busch Gardens is a super quick drive from Kingsmill, and there's a Harris Teeter just across from the development. We didn't visit Colonial Williamsburg on this visit, but it's a short drive away, too. We were thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Fred's place!!

Great Weekend in Williamsburg!
Really enjoyed the accommodations during our trip to Williamsburg. Kingsmill is a very nice area with great proximity to the parks, Colonial Williamsburg as well as Jamestown. The owner Fred was very easy to communicate with and offered some great suggestions for the area. The unit is laid out very nicely, and appointed well. Wonderful time
The property was in a gate community with beautifully landscaped grounds. We had a very nice view from the back porch. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. Plenty of seating in the living space. Only downside was only one wash cloth per person and no kitchen towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay
Our family visited for 4 days to celebrate Mother's Day and explore Busch Gardens and Williamsburg. The owner, Fred, was great to work with and his property was exactly what we were looking for.
