'Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. '

'Just a short getaway two hours from home, but just enough to have a pleasant evening with a friend. Do a lot of shopping a little eating, and a lot of walking. This location made it easy to get to the waterfront with shops and restaurants. Home was lovely. Plenty of room and coffee. would definitely give this a 10 and recommend.'

The location is great right on the cape fear River looking right at the USA North Carolina battleship on one side and the historic Wilmington skyline on the other. Parking garage is a bit of a walk like a couple blocks but is free considering parking in the downtown is 8.00/hr this is well worth it. 'The property is in a good location. Definitely walking distance to shopping and eating. Great views from the balcony. Had evsrything we needed for a short stay The bed could be more comfortable. The room isn't large enough for a king size bed so the queen was fine. But, the mattress was on a simple metal frame and we both woke with sore backs each morning. 'This was an adorable little cottage with everything we needed. The location was about 4 blocks off of the marathon route and we loved being able to have our dogs. No problems finding free street parking right in front of the house and easy places to walk and potty the dogs. '

'The location and view were awesome. Very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Of course we went on coldest weekend of the year, so we were restricted. I had messaged the host prior but no response. No big deal but the dryer really does not get hot. Our favorite restaurants were next door and now a bar right beside made this a great stay. '
