'The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room comfortable, but the shower never got more than a little luke warm (even after letting it run for 20+ minutes) and the toilet barely flushed. Also the towels were as hard as cardboard for some reason.'

'We had no bath towels or hand towels or extra roll of toilet paper. Called the desk at 5:45 to report this. At 9:00 that night, still no towels. So I went to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper and carried it to my room myself.'
