The staff very friendly and helpful, the property is well maintained and clean, it is in a nice and quiet area, they have amenities that make working/living on the road capable such as: reasonably priced guest laundry, pool(seasonal) & fitness areas, business station in the lobby & capabilities in rooms, & a good selection of breakfast options.'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'The hotel was beautiful. I had called ahead and specifically asked if they had pet free rooms and was told it was the upper 2 floors. They put me in a room at the end of a hall on the 3rd floor. I could smell pets on the way to my room, but,the room was good.'
