'The layout of the unit was nice - two bed, two bath and clean. However, the pool was empty - no water - so that sucked cause it was very hot. In addition, the upstairs neighbors were having a party or something, till 2am, so we didn't sleep well. When we tried to get a late checkout (from 10am to noon), we were denied our request. Also, it is very difficult to get in touch with the management company.'

'It was in a good location and enjoyed it was so close to Westgate. There is improvement in terms of the cleanliness. The bed sheets have a bit of a yellowing which doesn’t look inviting. Probably just need to replace them. The futon has two pretty visible stains that should be cleaned up quickly. It was hard to sit in it. The TV worked so slowly that it was pretty much unusable but not a huge deal there. The parking spot is a bit of a walk but I had no issue with that I just think it needs to be...

'Wonderful property and clean'

'We arrived by shuttle and was greeted by the host. He provided a key and we were left alone to enjoy his suite and property views. Our room was stocked with coffee, water and lots of towels and toiletries. The covered upper deck seated 4 chairs and there was also a lower deck with a grill. We should have brought our JBL for music. We never watched TV however phone and TV were reliable using his WiFi. The host responded to my questions and recommendations within minutes. Safeway delivered...

'Stayed for two nights in this ground level apartment. I am not an experienced apartment complex person so getting in the gate after dark took a couple tries. Also, I guess, being inexperienced in the ways of large apartment complexes it took me quite some time to find my "condo" with-in the compound. Finally located it right next to the front gate and office area. I was concerned about parking as I had read some other VRBOers had been towed and parked inside the gates in an uncovered spot. ...

"Beetje gedateerd maar echt schoon, zowel de kamer maar ook de toiletten van het hotel, heel netjes! Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en vlakbij het State Farm Stadium. Personeel bij de front desk was heel vriendelijk, vooral Ladonna. Zij heeft ons heel goed geholpen, niets was teveel. Omgeving is ook mooi, netjes, verzorgt. Er is ook genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid. Enige minpuntje was het ontbijt; weinig keus en heel simpel maar verder zou ik dit hotel zeker aan bevelen."
