'The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. 'Lovely studio with everything we needed. Nicely furnished and clean, comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood and convenient to everything. Enjoyed walking around the lake! Donna the hostess was very nice and helpful with suggestions on area attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. '
