Onze familie thuisplaats biedt u een geweldige vakantie ontsnapping. Breng uw boot en leg hem aan op de prachtige, schone rivier de Satilla. Zwem in het verwarmde zwembad of vis in de vijver. Je kunt zelfs een paar sets tennis spelen op je eigen privéveld of een familietoernooi opzetten met ping-pong! We hebben onlangs een aantal verbouwingen gedaan om dit pittoreske huis handiger te maken. Thuis slaapt nu tien - dus het is de perfecte plek voor een familiebijeenkomst!

Woodbine is een klein stadje aan de zuidkust van Georgië, op korte rijafstand van Brunswick, GA, St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island en Amelia Island, FL naar het zuiden. Er is een café uptown dat op weekdagen lunchen serveert, een lokale ontmoetingsplaats genaamd Captain Stan die redelijk goed eten heeft, en een supermarkt om aan je behoeften te voldoen. De grote stad Jacksonville ligt op 45 minuten afstand en de luchthaven is nog dichterbij.

Dit huis is ideaal voor degenen die rust en sereniteit willen met toegang tot de rivier.

Onze buitenkampvuurruimte zal leuk zijn op koelere avonden. Rooster weenies en marshmallows, ga rond het vuur zitten en wissel verhalen uit. Creëer herinneringen op Cypress Point!

Private and Peaceful
We have room to roam, private pool and pickleball. Our favorite of the amenities is probably the bikes though. We love riding the bike path in the early mornings and late evenings. Joel is great and makes sure we have a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property. The house is solid, full of light and quiet. We enjoyed the swimming pool, tennis court, bikes, and kayaking on the river. The Satilla River has 7-foot tides. We timed our kayaking to ebb tide. Between tides, the current is very strong. Most rooms in the house are spacious. The large dining table was great for meals and playing games. The bunk room is small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and built wonderful memories.

Great Propery
We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything we needed. The house was so clean, which was very much appreciated! It’s a little dated as you can see in the pics, but fit our needs. The only suggestion we have is maybe some updated living room furniture. We didn’t use the front sitting room at all, but the other living area only had recliners loveseats, which limits seating. Overall, gorgeous property and views and pool!

Beautiful setting
We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Cypress Point. There was dock fishing and swimming in the screened-in pool to enjoy. There was also serious relaxing happening. Joel was fabulous to work with. There was an issue with a cable and Joel had someone there first thing the next morning. And he followed up to make sure the issue was resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Beautiful home right on the river. Screened pool for bug free fun and grilling.
Beautiful home right on the river. Nice view from the charming screened porch off the master and one of the other bedrooms. More views from the main TV room and pool. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this home. I have weekly maid service for my home and she’s good; but she cannot touch whoever does this home. The gas “golf” cart was excellent for carrying supplies to the well lit boat dock with its own landing. I don’t pickleball, but everything you need is provided. There’s somewhere around 10 bikes, but I didn’t count them. I have never stayed in a rental so well stocked. In addition to a regular coffee maker there is a Keurig pod maker. There are TV’s in all the bedrooms AND kitchen. The main TV room has seating with 4 independent electric recliners. The TV includes too many channels and Netflix and more. Joel is a phone call away, but I missed meeting him. He doesn’t bother you unless you have a question. Check in is very seamless and flexible to use the pool upon early arrival if cleaning is not quite finished. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/a large pedestal fan for someone used to sleeping with one, but each room has a ceiling fan. The grounds are beautiful. There is a Dollar General and grocery store and a gas store not 2 miles away. It was just a great place and I very highly recommend that you don’t hesitate to make it your next family stay. John

I keep coming back to this beautiful and comfortable home for many reasons: It is in a quiet an accessible location, and has all of the entertainment and conveniences you could desire! A significant feature is the outstanding scenery in a spectacular private park-like setting and the riverfront location. I also love the heated pool! I am already looking at the calendar for another visit.

Fantastic house and vacation
Loved the house. All the amenities you need for your family. We stayed a week and loved it. Everything you need is in the house. Pool was fantastic. Did some fishing from the boat dock. Very Restful
This is our second time staying at the property. Its amazing Joel is fantastic easy communication . We have already booked for nest year. We had a great and relaxing stay. The property is beautiful and the owner so helpful. We were there for a month, had some family visit, plenty of room for all of us. We took our pet, he loved the freedom of the yard. The town is small but everything we needed and sites to see and larger shopping are close by. We loved our stay, enjoyed every minute.

Relaxing, beautiful and fun New Year’s Eve get away.
This is a great place! Sadly the heat went out when we were there. The owner had a workman there the next day but, we went 2 chilly nights without heat. I will however, go back if the occasion for it arises! The owner is great and offered to return some of our rent for the inconvenience but we didn’t take it because we enjoyed everything else about the stay! We had a really good time here!!

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful weekend at the property and hope to visit again! Everything was clean and tidy. We played pickle ball, swam, fished, etc. I will caution that if you’re sensitive to smells, then the sulfur smell of the water (running water, not the pool) might be a problem for you. We quickly got used to it and would happily return. I thoroughly enjoyed the priceless memorabilia throughout the home. Overall, a fun and relaxing weekend. Thank you!

Great family stay!
Stayed here for daughter's wedding and it was the perfect choice. Had a small get together the night before around the pool. The pool and patio area was large enough for everyone to be outside. Joel was a very accommodating host and allowed a late check out when we needed extra time. I would love to go back and just stay for some quiet time!
