Je hebt de gehele woning helemaal voor jezelf en hoeft dus alleen met je reisgezelschap te delen.

Aquarellen (voorheen Dream Escape)

Watercolors is een mooi en ruim 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers oceaan huis met prachtig uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan vanuit alle kamers en ruimte voor het hele gezin. Het is een geweldige plek om opnieuw verbinding te maken en herinneringen te maken! Of je nu wilt koken in de gastronomische keuken, spelletjes wilt spelen of gewoon wilt ontspannen, hier is het. Misschien wil je liever buiten zijn? U kunt een ontspannende duik nemen in het bubbelbad, rondhangen bij de ingebouwde vuurplaats of spelen op het ruime grasveld, terwijl u luistert naar de golven en kijkt naar de steeds veranderende kleuren van de oceaan. Het huis ligt op een 20 voet bluf met gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand via een mooi bebost pad slechts een blok verderop. De kust van Oregon is perfect voor strandjutten, zandkastelen bouwen, vliegeren of forten maken van drijfhout.
In het noorden kun je de wonderen van Newport verkennen. Volg een rondleiding door het Oregon Coast Aquarium of het Hatfield Marine Science Center. Verken de winkels en proef het eten aan het historische Bayfront of het historische Nye Beach-gebied.
In het zuiden kunt u genieten van het prachtige landschap van Cape Perpetua en de vele paden. Kom langs bij Cooks Chasm voor een kijkje in Thor’s Well. De rit naar Florence is adembenemend met geweldige plekken om te stoppen en te verkennen. Ga op Agaat jagen in Bob's Creek of Strawberry Hill. Volg een rondleiding door de meest gefotografeerde vuurtoren ter wereld bij Heceta Head. Neem de lift 600 voet naar beneden in de grootste natuurlijke zeeleeuwengrot. In Florence kun je een duinbuggy maken of zand rodelen. Misschien ga je liever paardrijden op het strand. Vergeet niet te stoppen voor lunch of diner in de oude binnenstad.
Yachats zelf is een klein dorpje aan de rand van de berg met veel winkels en restaurants en de charme en vriendelijkheid van een kleine stad. Huis van de beroemde 4 juli La De Da parade en vuurwerk. Met veel verschillende festivals het hele jaar door, is het een geweldige plek om op elk moment te bezoeken.
Wat je ook besluit te doen terwijl je hier bent, je zult je zeker ontspannen voelen. Watercolors biedt u de beste afgelegen locatie om dat te doen. This large property had enough space for everyone and we were not all right on top of each other. The Beautiful views and relaxing sounds of the ocean were great. Just a wonderful place for us to relax and spend time together.

Great house on the beach
The house is great. Very spacious, on the beach. There were a few things that need to be replaced such as the coffee pot lid, The faucet handle in the main floor shower it is stripped, the family room couch is dirty, it need to be cleaned or replaced. But overall it was a great place to stay. Lots of towels, lots space and sleeps more than I expected. Beautiful view, close access to town. I would stay here again.

The property manager was excellent!! The house was dirty,the BBQ was filthy. We spent over 2 hrs cleaning floors and under furniture. Cob webs in several areas. Curtains have not been cleaned I would say since they got hung. Stains on all of the bedroom doors. Holes in carpet going up stairs.The couch in the main living room is filthy. The heater in the master didn't work,they did bring small space heater but we could not use as we had an infant and it was hot to touch. The bedding smelled and the towels so we had to wash them before we could use them. The microwave works but was broken. The jets in the spa don't all work but was still very nice to sit in under the stars and was clean.The access to the beach is not user friendly. Main lights in kitchen don't work or in stair case. There is no cell service so you have to be on WiFi. For larger groups not enough towels for showering. The outside chairs are older and rusty so I suggest bringing some if possible. There is a high chair and we disinfected and cleaned the cob webs off so its ready for the next little one. The screen on the balcony door is broken and our little one cut his finger. This needs replaced.Overall nice house just needs updated and a deep clean and landscaping cleaned up around it along with LARGE pot holes in driveway.The views are breath taking! The property management was wonderful and very friendly.

The location is great and it has a number of beds to accommodate our larger group. However there were multiple things broken, weird messages written by past guests that had not been removed, the upstairs shower leaks as much water as comes out of the shower head, there are no towel racks (?!), the place was kinda clean if you just glanced at the surface but we had a bed that appeared made but was dirty with sand in between the sheets and all of the dishes were pretty dirty and gross and stained/dirty walls/doors. I stayed in this place 9 years ago and it was a bit nicer, it has taken a beating and hasn’t been well cared for unfortunately.

Our family had an amazing time at this house and location. The view is breath taking. There is plenty of space for a large family. This house is centrally located to lots of stuff to do either direction. I know my family would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend ❤️

Could have been a lot cleaner.
We just spent Labor Day weekend here and won't be staying here again. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. This is an older home and there were also a number of things that need taken care of at the house. First thing a good cleaning. The house was very dusty, the sheets had stains and the furniture in one room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, (we didn't use that room). We did stay and had a great time with our family but won't be staying here again.

Very Private
This home is wonderful. It is private on three sides, with bushes and trees blocking anyone looking over. The beach side seems private also because of the 20 foot bluff. The view is so beautiful. The kitchen and dining area is separate from the bedrooms. I stayed in the bedroom closest to the kitchen. You couldn't hear people talking unless someone was very loud. I highly recommend this place.

Private home with spectacular view
The best part about this home is the location. It’s private with no neighbors on either side with a spectacular view right on the ocean. There is a bluff drop off which could be a concern for little ones. The home could use some TLC but there was nothing that prevented us from thoroughly enjoying ourselves. If I was going to suggest one thing I would ask the owners to replace the blue folding chairs. So… bring your own chairs for sitting outside and you should be all set.

Funky place. Great location.
This is a very funky place. Lots of little things annoyed us such as no hooks for towels upstairs. Few towels and washcloths. Lightbulbs out. No lamps (so we couldn’t read to the kids). Cliff at end of property made it kind of scary! Had to use steps to beach at motel next door (which says no trespassing!) But loved the fire pit for s’mores, the hot tub, the lawn for playing on and the kitchen! We had a great time despite the above.

Large house, great views!
The house was easy to find, easy access for elderly as there's all one level from drive way to front door and inside the house! 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on bottom floor was great for our big family vacation. Upstairs was nice huge kids room with 2 tw boat beds (mattress were hard) and 2 full beds all in one room! The master bdrm with deck was so nice to have fresh air ocean sounds! But no fans it was so hot Upstairs even though it was 60degrees outside! There really needs to be one central book of all the info for this house we searched for things, switches, remotes ect... also there was suppose to be bbq, there wasn't! We bought table top charcoal one & left it for the next family since it wouldn't fit in our car! Also could use ALL WALLS & DOOR WASHED. I scrubbed down what the kids would touch, but the house is older, worn in a bit, but over all was a good house for the price and location!

Great location, the property is old and in need of maintenance. All the walls need a thorough cleaning. several light bulbs need changing. EXterior lights near the lock box were non existent making it difficult to see at night in the driving rainstorm. The parking area street light barely comes on. Timely communication from ocean odysey is a joke. We could not find the code to the lock box and spent several hours driving up to cell phone range to try to contact them We found the code and eventually entered the house. We were contacted the next day by management to see if we accessed the house.ocean Odysey said they would reimburse for the night but i do not expect to see that.

Ick! We felt dirty the whole trip!
Wish I would of read the reviews before booking. First driving in you’ll need a 4x4 big pot holes Pictures of house must have been years ago as it appears well maintained. Peter was the only positive part he was quick to reply and helpful. The home is very dirty and needs paint and many repairs. Every drawer is filled with junk and broken things. I don’t think the drapes have been cleaned since being hung! The furniture is old and broken down including mattresses and couches. Under all furniture layers of dust. Murphy bed in room we lifted and cleaned under as the floors were so bad! Kitchen looks nice but dishwasher doesn’t have a seal on bottom so water all over floor. Cabinets are sticky and dirty. Pans are old and bent. Mouse poop in game cupboard. Not much good to say! View is beautiful but hard to see through dirty windows. We would not stay here again or recommend it!

This property could easily be the best rental home if it was maintained better and had a deep cleaning. Pros: great ocean view, very nice home and yard, homey atmosphere. Cons: kitchen ill-equipped for family cooking and not to the standards of other rental homes at this price-pount. Few extra towels or blankets were available. No information on how to operate electronics was available. Needs a deep clean. Minimal communications with management company— felt very ignored when trying to extend the stay or seek early entry to property.

Good location.
The property is in a great location. In the middle of all the things we wanted to do. The views and proximity to the water was awesome. The access to the water is extremely limited. We were able to access it but really had to work for it. The accommodations were ok, fresh bedding, towels, countertops and all, but the couches had sand all over them. Some of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them. Overall the experience was ok, for the price I would probably look elsewhere next time.

Great location! We loved the privacy and the ocean views. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out, great place for a large family. The cleanliness was less than desirable. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and we had no issues with those rooms but the rest of the house was literally covered in cobwebs. I would venture a guess that the house hasn't had a thorough cleaning from ceiling to floors in at least a year. I'm curious as to why the property management hasn't taken action on all of the negative comments about the cleanliness?

Filthy, had to leave early and NO communication from property manager
I should have known that there were going to be issues when the management company did not reply to my emails or vm. Peter called me the day before our arrival. That was the first reply from them. The layout and size of the house is nice. But the house itself was FILTHY! We just kept finding more dirt, dust, possible mold the longer we stayed. House has major wear and tear Broken tile in upstairs bathroom Freezer dirty Dishwasher rim dirty Silverware tray dirty Heating element in dining room front of it broken Carbon monoxide detector by stairs was beeping, moved to different outlet and stopped. Outlet plugged into did not work and the outlet covers were missing Under Rug in family room by kitchen was beyond dirty underneath Could not get TVs to work Clumps of pet hair on the floors Several towels were very dingy Murphy bedroom very musty smelling and water stains down the back of the door Window sills dirty with dead bugs Upstairs kids room had bugs and cobwebs in it Under couches layer of visible dust Hot tub had debris floating it in when we unlocked it Unable to open propane tank on grill Grassy area had a ton of weeds, with pointy stickers, and mounds of dirt that were bug mounds I sent an email to the management company the day we arrived and it is 10 days later and no response. We had to leave early due to getting so sick from the dust, dirt, animal hair, etc. I ignored the review that said it was dirty. Take my word, it is filthy!
