Villa / huis met prachtig uitzicht op het dak, 10 minuten van de jachthaven

Mooi pand met prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras waar u kunt ontspannen op de hoeksuite en kunt genieten van de prachtige omgeving. Je kunt de zee vanaf de ene kant en de vulkanen vanaf de andere kant zien. Het pand wordt niet over het hoofd gezien en biedt u de mogelijkheid om privé te ontspannen. De zwembaden zijn mooi en vooral rustig. We vinden Puerto Calero rustig en ontspannend, net als het pand. Het heeft 2 slaapkamers met een en-suite. De grote slaapkamer heeft openslaande deuren naar de zijkant van het pand.

Het gebied Puerto Calero is een zeeman en ligt op 10 minuten lopen van de villa (15 terug als iets heuvelopwaarts) met restaurantjes die uitkijken op de zeeman. Restaurantprijzen zijn gemiddeld op Lanzarote. Het heeft een paar designerwinkels en een supermarkt-apotheek en een paar bars en een mooie cocktailbar waar je buiten op de banken kunt ontspannen en een van je favoriete cocktails kunt drinken. Het is een zeer ontspannende plek om te zijn.

Als u de vreemde avond uit in de stad wilt, is Puerto Del Carmen 6 euro per taxi of voor de meer avontuurlijke een wandeling van 40 minuten langs de ruige kustlijn die het meest plezierig is terwijl u eetlust opwekt. Het duurt 10-15 minuten in een taxi vanaf de luchthaven die 17-20 euro kost.

Exactly what we were looking for
We really enjoyed staying in this house for a week. The location is excellent, the community pool was a nice plus for the kids, and the house itself was clean and cosy and had everything we needed. The contact with the owner and the caretaker was quick and always friendly. We had a lovely stay, I would book it again in an instant if I'd ever go back to Lanzarote

Relaxing Holiday in a Great Location.
Lovely bungalow with lots of out door space, close to the communal pool which at times we had to ourselves . We hired a car and this was a perfect base to travel the island as well as being in walking distance to the beautiful marina with its excellent choice of restaurants. The welcome pack was truly appreciated as it helped us get over the first day and allowed us to relax after the flight. We would definitely return without hesitation as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the bungalow.

A very relaxing time in a nice property within a quiet area.The owner was very accomodatiing regarding a late check out time due to us having a later flight and she always responded quickly to any enquiries. Nice bungalow in a great location
This is a fairly compact but very nice bungalow on a well kept complex. The resort of Puerto Calero is big enough to have a good choice of restaurants and a few shops, including a small but well stocked supermarket. We liked the Amura Restaurant, which has a different menu with a much more local feel, albeit with a bit more expensive price tag! We note that they are currently constructing a small retail park on the edge of the resort which would appear to include a hypermarket, which will save a trip to Puerto del Carmen. The weather wasn't really warm enough for us to use the communal pool or roof terrace, but they would certainly be attractive in warmer weather. The walk back from Puerto Calero is a fair incline, a car is recommended if you have any mobility issues. The communication was excellent from Jackie. Highly recommended.

A month in the sun
We had an outstanding 4 weeks at Jackie’s property, the welcoming pack was fantastic and Debbie and Wyn who look after the house were great. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and the community swimming pool is fabulous. Amazing stay
We spent 6 nights at Jackie's villa and it was absolute bliss. If you want a nice relaxing holiday that's not too busy this is the place to be. A short walk down to the marina you will find bars and restaurants it was so lovely at night looking out over the marina. You can also get a boat bus over to puerto del carmen. The villa was perfect just what we wanted we loved sitting on the roof top solarium sun bathing then a 10 steps out of the gate you are at the gated swimming pool which was perfect to cool down and most days we were the only ones there. The walk down to the bars was around 10 mins depends how fast you walk but the walk back up is quite steep and took a little longer, we actually liked the walk by the end of our stay. Jackie was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble if we had questions and we arrived to a welcome pack which was much appreciated. The only negative I could find was no air con but we knew that before our stay, it would of been nice to cool down inside, but fans were provided and kept us comfortable. All in all a brilliant holiday and hopefully we will be back soon.

Birthday Holiday
This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year. An extra week for my husband's birthday. As before there was nothing we could fault with this spacious property that includes lots of outside space. Two separate areas downstairs with a new barbeque and a lovely upstairs terrace so you can have sunshine or shade at any time of the day. Although the property doesnt have air conditioning, there is a very good fan provided that is more than adequate to keep you cool in the height of summer. Jackie the owner went above and beyond what you would expect as I had requested a late check-out which wasnt going to be possible due to the arrival time of the next guests. However , on the morning we were leaving, the new arrivals had been delayed so Jackie called me to say we could keep the apartment all day. My only disappointment is that the apartment is already booked for our next holiday dates but I will be making sure I'm quicker booking in the future as we will definitely return here. Thanks again Jackie
