'The Salinity was completely remodeled after the hurricane. The room was clean with beautiful ocean views. Great communication with the host. However, the city of Cedar Key and surrounding area has so much more rebuilding to do. The devastation is widespread but the community and culture are excellent. I would definitely revisit. '

'This was the perfect place to stay on our week trip to Crystal River for kayaking and snorkeling with the manatees. Location in about 4 miles out of town with a 8-10 minute drive to all the tour places. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a drip coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and the canal location was exotic and very safe.We would definitely stay here again.'

'Our family has been gathering in Dunnellon for 5 years now for Thanksgiving and our rental this time was the best rental we have found by far. It was so great we have already booked it for 2026! The property is beautiful, the house has such a great set up for a large group with so many great spots to sit and relax and catch up with extended family and friends. 'We had a wonderful stay at The Birdhouse. Check in was a breeze. Host was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking the river. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for our needs. We hiked the numerous trails in the area. Food and shopping was within walking distance of the property. 'This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats. Plenty of bath towels, Shampoo /Conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy. Neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Donna host is readily available. Highly recommend! We plan on staying again in the future! '

'The house is very nice and clean. Located on the channel. The area is very quite and just few minutes away from Homosassa State park and about 20 minutes from Crystal River.Everything was very good and communication with the host was amazing. The only issue was the sofa bed that should be replaced, right now it is in almost unusable'

'The Turtle House was a fantastic place to spend a week in Crystal River. The location was great. A couple minutes to everything in Crystal River and a 10-15 minute drive to Homosassa. The house itself had all of the amenities we needed. Was nicely decorated as well. We used the pool but it was a cooler week and the water was chilly but well taken care of. 'We needed to stay in Crystal River for a family emergency. Andrew was FANTASTIC! He let us in very late at night, even went to the store for us! The pictures don't do the home justice. We had wonderful evening sitting out on the back deck, wonderful kayak rides. The sunsets were spectacular! It was a great place to just sit and relax. Can't say enough great things about Andrew. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.'

'Me and my family recently stayed at this residence. The house was amazing; it had loads of space but still felt super cozy. The beds are of excellent quality; the wifi is fantastic; a fabulous kitchen, and the TVs and board games added some great entertainment during the evening. The pool was great and added some great relaxation and refreshment. The house was also super close to everything, and we never needed to spend more than 5 minutes in the car. '

'This is the perfect balance of relaxing home/pool space for the kids (7&10 year old girls) combined with all the activities you could want for those of us that prefer to be on the move. Crystal Springs is an outdoor paradise with so much to see and do. This home was the very best base for us to accomplish everything we wanted to do. Then we could come home and play in the pool until we were ready to drop into very comfy beds!! The owner was awesome when I had a couple questions and answered them...

'You can tell they put a lot of time and thought into redoing this boathouse. There was nothing we wanted but more time there. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook. The beds are comfortable and the central AC worked great. We thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails on the balcony watching the boats and kayakers. We look forward to returning someday.'

'The house itself was nice. I assume because of the recent storms, the canal was silted in and not deep enough for us to get a small skiff through that we had rented. We had to drive to the marina everyday. If you don't have a boat and are just kayaking, it would be fine.'
