'We booked this very comfortable spacious apartment in all respects, for 2 weeks, as interstate guests from Sydney and Perth wishing to watch every match of the Aus Open tennis instead of sitting in the stands as we have done in previous years. This meant being in residence most of the time. However we had not been informed that the apartment below was being extensively renovated using hammerdrills and heavy equipment for the 1st 3 days to the extent even a phone call couldn't be heard at times....

'Happy to stay again, property as described. Overlooks Melbourne Library. As described a bit of noise from street below but to be expected, no problem sleeping. Property manager requires photo ID.'

'Excellent location, very close to supermarket, drycleaners, pharmacy & Lygon St. Public transport nearby. Quiet situation, beds & pillows very comfortable. For longer stays a tumble dryer would have been useful to allow laundering of linen & towels. A thoroughly enjoyable 2 week autumn break in a great part of Melbourne.'

'The apartment is in an excellent location for transport and proximity to the city. The bed was very comfortable. The underground parking was quite a walk from the apartment despite being within the complex and required detailed instructions to find the designated space. '

'We came for the natural swimming pool and hot tub and it did not disappoint! The hosts Brendan and Edwina were just amazing and welcoming. We were greeted and given the tour of the home, settled in and spent three amazing days by the pool relaxing in the sun. The pool is just incredible as is the entire property. We could have really done so much while there but opted for relaxation and lazing around. We had my Daughter in-laws two dogs with us, they just lived the property and were absolutely...
