'The cottage is only a few meters from the ocean, and a short walk from the parking lot by Nubble Light. It has a full-size washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. There was a surprise ice storm just before we arrived, and the owners, from Florida, arranged for the steps to be cleared and salted before we got back from dinner. I have allergies, and there were no air fresheners or other perfumes. We were very happy.'

'The house was a bit musty and smelled when we arrived. I don’t think the listing accurately described the beds because one of the beds was much smaller than a queen, maybe full size. There’s lots of room in the house, but they layout is odd and the furniture was not very comfortable. Great location but not a great place to hang out in.'

'We had to leave early- this property was not ready to be rented. First impression outside rotting railings picnic table mildew on siding and deck- seemed poorly cared for. This time I chose a room based on the photos and there was no recliner in the room which made it difficult for me. It'd be nice if the photos reflected what you're actually getting.
