'We stayed here for one weekend for my son’s 20th birthday. Hot tub was great after a hike in Yosemite. It’s a drive to Yosemite…but a pretty one! Plenty of cooking tools, smart TVs, and the boys loved the pool table. Hard a hard time figuring out the Nest A/C, but it worked! Went to the store in Oakhurst on our way in. It is conveniently located for the west and south gates of Yosemite and the two nearby towns. we loved Idle Hours, and the Hideout Saloon (great food at both). 'We took our family here and enjoyed the location being close to the railroad where we did the Halloween train. Highly recommend that train ride and event! We did gold panning too and enjoyed the lesson as well.'

'Our entire family of. 17 was comfortably accomodated with five bathroom/bedroom suites. Large well designed kitchen, dining areas, laundry, and gameroom. Unclear what caused widespread ant infestation. Facility was clean and located in a beautiful wooded area, so ants will always be in the area. Temperatures were above 102 degrees, so great to have the pool and adequaie indoor activities. The use of an excellent tennis court was limited by the heat during the day and by a misdirected court light...

Great stop for Yosemite visit if you have kids

"We stayed in a cottage at Tenaya Lodge for two nights and we liked it. The room is the cottage was spacious and clean. We had access to a sitting area just outside the cottage which was nice. The cottage turned out to be a room in a 3-room cottage. It was still very nice but I actually expected an independent cottage based on my booking. This could be made a bit clearer on the site. The main lodge (walking distance from the cottages) has a beautiful and spacious lobby. There are two swimming facilities: indoor and outdoor. The floor in the indoor pool was a bit dirty and for some reason the hotel decides to play kids' movies above the pool very loudly. If you don't have kids or your kids are a bit older it totally ruins the experience of an evening swim. The common areas could be a bit cleaner. Even though we very much enjoyed the additional hot tub close to our cottage, the windows and doors in that building haven't been washed in a long time. "

"Room was clean and well equipped with everything needed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for visiting Yosemite Things to improve; the breakfast is outdated and mediocre. The airconditioning was unreliable at times, probably a one of."

"Hotel stonk naar rook. Steak restaurant was echt heel erg duur en heel erg slecht. Zelf vinden ze dat ze het beste steakhouse in de regio zijn. Geen idee waarom. Alles was uit pakjes, vermoed dat de spinazie die bij het vlees zat uit blik was. Een afrader dit hotel. "
