'Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Paola. She is fantastic! Our room was fine. We had the Master Suite and it was attached to another room. There was one very big downside. We could hear everything from our neighbours. The conversations, farts and snoring. Very unpleasant. Because of the many instagrammers, the atmosphere was also not really optimal. So perhaps we are not quite part of the target group.'

'Het hotel is erg basic en heeft meer weg van een hostel dan van een hotel, terwijl ze voor Colombiaanse begrippen niet heel goedkoop zijn. Een groot deel van de kamers zit aan een centrale hal. Het is daardoor erg lawaaierig in de kamer. Verder heeft de kamer geen ramen of ventilatie naar buiten, waardoor alles erg vochtig is en blijft. De voorzieningen in de kamer zijn zeer minimaal.
