'Locked out of rental. Owner acknowledged that door lock freezes and locks people out some times. This is a safety issue for those that rent. Owner was quick to respond by having a friend come over and let me in. Black mold on ceiling, cobwebs on ceiling lights, dusty. Could not regulate heat in rental unit, very cold at night in rental. Owner was good to work with, but I should not have had to asked for the lock on door to work. Washer and dryer are a shared between residents in house. VERY...

'This is a gorgeous property with beautiful views, thoughtfully designed and artfully executed. There is plenty of space for a large gathering - we were 17, including 8 kids ages 4 - 15. There are many different hang out areas, so you never feel like you are on top of one another. We cooked most days, and the kitchen was well supplied and functioned well. 'This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs.
