'Overall, the stay was good, but I called the front desk for an item I needed and was told they would have it there, and when I went down to the lobby, they said that they couldn't locate any of them. I said that I would call down in 5 minutes to see if they found one, and was told to call in 10-15 minutes instead. I had a course to go to that morning, and needed to leave, so I never did get it. It wasn't busy in the lobby since it was early, so I was disappointed.'

'other than our room didn't have any blackout curtains so the sun woke us up everything else was good. bathroom is small and i couldn't close the door because of my wheelchair. other than that bed was nice blankets were great staff was friendly.. fyi pool & hot tub aren't working. we didn't get there in time to use them but they are out of order'
