'This is the 3rd time we have stayed here at the Hotel del Rio. We have stayed in a different building each time. The rooms are clean and simply finished. The pool area is lovely to sit around. The hotel restaurant is quite good, so there is no need to leave the property to eat elsewhere. Good bang for your buck!'

'The hotel has a nice look making you feel like you're in a bit of a oasis. The surrounding city completely disappears because of it. Staff was friendly but a bit unprofessional. Paying on arrival, only for them to discover Expedia also already made the transaction - So I paid double. They quickly discovered this and corrected the mistake. But still... We checked in 2 hours early, they kindly let us, but 1 room wasn't ready yet. It took them 3 hours to sort it out and I suspect they forgot...
