We were not provided with an exact address, just the road, and as there was no phone signal, could not contact the host for information on arrival. So we had to drive slowly along the road until we found it. Also, no information provided regarding bin days, recycling or appliances.We had a lovely stay and when the electricity tripped when a bulb blew the host did reply quickly when we contacted him.Hope Cove is gorgeous and we were blessed...

'The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service.'

'The apartment is a home from home and has everything you’d need! We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! Comfortable beds, great location although did get a little noisy at times! '
