'Check in was a bit of a cluster and the woman who checked us in was rude and not the most helpful, we had to ask someone else for help and directions on how to find our room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful, however having a pool view wasn’t the best, as the music from the pool was very loud. '

'The hotel is attached to casino so when you walk in smoke is horrid. They have a pretty sitting area and if it was separated by glass from The casino you could enjoy the fireplace etc. The hotel was very safe and no smoke at all. The complimentary valet parking was great as well. '

'Our room was clean, the staff was great, but we checked in late and were given a room on the second floor. My husband has arthritis and it is a challenge for him to climb and descend on the stairs. The breakfast was good and we would stay again but need the first floor room. '
