'The lady that cleaned my room on august 2 nd did not bring the hat i left in my room to the reception… 2 hrs after i left i realized i left my hat in the room which was occupied allready… We were in room 131 the person that cleaned the room must have kept it for herself, what a terrible mistake …it is a valuable loss it was an birthday gift from my wife… please investigate who cleaned our room and ask her te return my hat…'

'Room was clean but there was a bug on the wall and a ladybug too. I wasn't upset with the cleanliness and I extended my stay. However, the TV in my toom didn't work and they changed my room immeidately. The sink in my new room takes ages to drain. All in all, it's a good value for price. I would come again.'

'Allereerst, de dame die ons hielp om in te checken was heel onvriendelijk. Ze wilde nog niet naar de papieren van hotels.com kijken. Dan kwamen we onze kamer binnen, stofnetten in de hoeken van de kamer. Vuile lavabo en de kranen vol kalkaanslag en een vuil toilet. Zie bijgevoegde foto's.'

'The manager was very accomadating with our late arrival (11:00 pm) as we were staying there after a Wedding. Very kind man. Room was clean and of course the coffee available in the morning was key! Fresh fluffy towels and face make up cloths were also a nice touch.'
