They advertise hot breakfast, there were no breakfast at all not even a continental breakfast. The hotel office did not open until 9 AM. So the people either had to wait until 9 AM to check out or just leave if you need to leave early. usually have good service at this hotel but not this time. 'We have stayed at this property on numerous occasions. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. During this stay, there was a miscommunication between the manager and the night managers on allowing our group access to an area to play games.'
