'Overall nice hotel. We were just there for one night on a road trip. I was very unimpressed with check-in. The desk clerk complained about being tired and acted accordingly. After I got my key and found my way up to my room, the key didn’t work. I went back down, waited in line and received a new key. She failed to mention that she had transposed the room number the first time and sent me to the wrong room. No mention of it, no apology. Things were better after that. Room was clean, bed comfy...

'Overall our stay was nice. The room was spacious enough and having a kitchen was very useful. The hotel was clean but it could use some more attention to detail on the deep cleaning (hair around the base of the toilet and a lot of dust on top of the fridge.) The beds were quite comfy and although the hotel is on a flight path, the planes stopped by 10pm. The pool area was very clean, but the chlorine was very high; leaving both kids with very sore eyes and a rash on my son. Breakfast was also...
