'We were at Skamania Lodge for a wedding celebration. I had never been to the Pacific Northwest before. The views were spectacular and your staff couldn't be more accommodating. I was curious as to the history and formation of the Columbia Gorge and one of your young men gave me a number of books about the area. Upon arriving your front desk staff changed our room so we would could the beautiful scenery out of our window. The staff was wonderful.'

'We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. '
