'I rented this property because it looked nice online and also because it was in a good location. I was in an unusual situation, renting from the the USA for two of my Ukrainian friends who were visiting Odessa for a little vacation from Kyiv. My friend's made the drive from Kyiv to Odessa and didnt pre-book a place to stay so i helped them find a place with time running out on a Friday night just before midnight curfew. 'Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. 'A clean, comfortable apartment with phenomenal hosts! Our go-to place to stay in Odessa!'

'We arrived in Odessa a few hours before check-in. On the phone we were told to come to the location, and they cancelled our reservation a few minutes before we got there and told us that they cancelled it because it was 'high season' and they wanted to be able to get more money. So we were left high and dry in a new city with nowhere to stay thanks to the owner.'

'Midden in het centrum en goede bedden. Minpunt, de checkin duurde wel een minuut of 20, konden de reservering niet vinden. Moest uiteindelijk de bevestigingsmail na het boeken terugmailen naar het hotel zelf. '
