'This is a wonderful place to stay, the apartment is very cozy, clean and warm, big enough for 3 people and very beautiful. Location is also very nice, in 3 min walk to Arcadia promenade, a lot of cafe's and supermarkets in surrounding. We like this place very much and will surely come back! Thank you!'

'I rented this property because it looked nice online and also because it was in a good location. I was in an unusual situation, renting from the the USA for two of my Ukrainian friends who were visiting Odessa for a little vacation from Kyiv. My friend's made the drive from Kyiv to Odessa and didnt pre-book a place to stay so i helped them find a place with time running out on a Friday night just before midnight curfew. 'The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us.'

'I expect a full refund now, not later The place was closed, no lights on , nobody there, nothing A waste of time and extra taxi fare. You will lose your taxi fare if you book, don’t do it'

'You have no check-in desk. In the same building there are also a lot of prostitutes working. Building looks very old from the outside. Don't recommend this hotel/appartment. '

'We arrived in Odessa a few hours before check-in. On the phone we were told to come to the location, and they cancelled our reservation a few minutes before we got there and told us that they cancelled it because it was 'high season' and they wanted to be able to get more money. So we were left high and dry in a new city with nowhere to stay thanks to the owner.'
