'The staff of the hotel is very friendly and customer-oriented. The food in the restaurant - both breakfast and dinner - is perfect, but the choice of dishes for dinner is relatively limited. The rooms and particular bathrooms are small. The pool/sauna facility is nice but only open for use in the afternoon and evening, not in the moring. 'Alles zeer dicht op wandel afstand. Wij hadden de "Chic" maar waarom dit Chic is, ....weet ik niet. Een gewone kamer met minimale voorzieining. Geen airco, geen frigo, geen kluis, beperkte ruimte, inloop douche zonder privacy etc... m.a.w. te duur voor wat het is.'

'The rooms were comfy (though without individually controlled heating they can get a tad stuffy…. You can open the window by an interesting mechanism that I had to confirm with the staff), and the bathrooms were very nice and spacious for a European ski lodge. Free breakfast was great. One decisive feature that made me choose this hotel was its partially outdoor heated pool. Hot tub après ski is one of my big likes, and their pool, although not heated to jacuzzi temperatures, is still plenty warm...
