Absolutely no airflow in the middle level and it was a scorcher of a day so you couldn't sit on the top deck because it has very little sun protection. Also, if you sit down below you cannot hear the "history" being given on the tour which was very little.

The captain is very aggressive and does not treat passengers with respect. He pushed me on the ship and was going to hurt a child of a family visiting us from the USA.

The stairs to get upstairs are really really tiny. The bar is cash only, they don't accept card payment. The toilet didn't have toilet paper. But overall it was good, the boat route is nice.
