the touristic guide was ok about explaining all the history and showing us the most important places but she didnt give us the necessary time free. everytime that we were stopping she was always informing that if we were not back to the bus at a specific time the bus would not waite for us.It is not Nice to hear that. in Palermo instead of taking us to a typical restaurant we were guided to an awful restaurant named 59 We ordered a seafood pizza and it was without taste and the seafood was raw. we complained to the guide she told that we should have another meal but as the time left was so short and we needed to make shopping we decided to let it go. She tok us to the market and there it was a visit in a hurry because she tolv us to not byuing food and the place was dangerous if the place was dangerous why were we guided there? in Cefalu it was the same and this time she was not Even bordered to check if all group was with her the trip was fantastic but the guide very mediocre

Great day trip. A little rushed. Not a lot of spare time in Palermo. Too much time wasted picking up everyone in the morning- it was an hour before we even left.

A long trip covering over 600km in 13 hours, but an excellent way to visit Palermo from Taormina. The legroom on the coach was a little cramped but comfortable seats. The tour in Palermo was split into 2 groups, English speaking and German/Italian, which worked well as each group was a reasonable size. The only disappointment was not being able to go inside the cathedral as there was a memorial mass in progress. A thoroughly enjoyable day and very well organised.

: Good tour - in Palermo but absolutely alone the Norman Palace visit (Must-See), which is unfortunately not part of the city tour. On Cefalù we could have done without, we would rather have had more time in Palermo.
