The home is located in a clean, quite, and safe neighborhood. Barb is fantastic! She's very professional, communicative, availalbe, and helpful. 'The house was clean and a great location. We had room and enjoyed the outside patio. I felt safe in the neighborhood. A little pricey, but what can you expect for Las Vegas during Mother’s Day weekend. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I recommend the house and I would gladly come back!!!'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well....

'We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property!'

'We enjoyed it a lot but the kids and grandkids even more so. Plenty of things for all ages to keep them occupied. Pool table was a big hit for all. Really like the trash compactor. Haven't seen one in years and it really saved us from taking out the trash!'

Sanh was always extremely responsive and we never had any issues. It was also so nice having a clean/warmed pool. Would definitely recommend this property.'

It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up.
