'The location was very nice. 5 minutes of walking to the trainstation. You sleep above a bar so they play very loud music in the evening. One of our bed didn't had a duvet. The floor was on some places very wet and some dirty places which we cleaned by ourselfs with a towel.'

'Very outdated room, shower was hanging loose so that we couldn't stand in the shower but had to bend down. No good lights in the room. Would not recommend to stay here although the location was very good. '

'Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

'There were stains on the bedspread provided. No towels were provided even upon request with the excuse that none had been delivered. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me. I had booked 2 nights but I had to leave after 1 night because we just couldn’t take it anymore. I had to look for and book another hotel.'

'Rooms were pleasant enough and staff that checked us in were really friendly. No food options but in walking distance to plenty of places and town centre. Nice touch to leave out cereals etc for breakfast. Mirrors in bedroom/bathroom quite small so wasn’t the easiest to get ready. Cleaning staff knocking on our doors at 9:30 to ask us to leave keys in door (fine) but also reminding us check out was at 10 made us feel like we were being rushed out of our rooms (we knew what time check out was)'

'Nice hotel, Free parking, good WiFi. The breakfast is excellent (we had traditional English), dinner is also very good. Pie of the day was steak n ale, yummy! Only minus is the noisy HVAC system.'

'Very nice hotel above the pub in a small street just off Bishopsgate. Great location if you have to be in the city and want to be close to public transportation. The suites are spacious, with king size bed. Decorated with flair. You will however need to walk up steep staircase to get there.'

'This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London).'
