We had agreed to a late check out at 11AM but the cleaners came at 10 knocking on the door, we were able to stay until 11. Afterwards, the host messaged about what appeared to be a very small amount of damage to the ping pong table, and submitted a bill for $400. Fortunately we had the insurance which covered everything. 'The property was perfectly located for my daughters graduation from NSU. The neighborhood was a little run down and the proximity to the airport made it so that you could hear the planes fly overhead. If you’re a light sleeper that would be the only drawback. Place was so clean and smelled really good!'
