Villa's in Michigan

'This property was not only stunning but was so comfortable for our group of 11. Each family had their own private room/bathroom and the common areas were large enough for all of us to enjoy time together. We are a group that loves to cook so we put the kitchen to the test and truly enjoyed our stay. The water views and the sunsets were spectacular. Great memories.'

'It was so great to be so close to Avalanche Bay. We could walk there in a few minutes. The beds were comfortable.'

'Great Memorial Day weekend. We come to Saugatuck 3 times a year. Usually a little closer to downtown, but the shuttle is great now that we don't walk as much.'

'This place is the perfect up north getaway. There are tons of activities to keep everyone busy, the water is beautiful and was already warm by Memorial Day this year. The owner was responsive, welcoming and gave us some great siteseeing & hiking suggestions. My family and I highly recommend this place!'

'Francis Way worked out great for our getaway. House was just as pictured and location great to get downtown Saugatuck and up to Holland. Wished there would have been a deadbolt lock on the front door and the drain in the upstairs hall bathtub was a little fussy but neither interfered with our enjoyment of our stay.'

'Nice place good location. Small things to make it great. No hot tube advertised on line, no soap for showers, propane empty in firepit, and only single cup coffee maker.'

'My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property! The house is beautiful and charming with a great mix of vintage fixtures and modern amenities. I loved sitting by the fire pit in the backyard watching the sun set over the lake. The kitchen was a dream with everything we needed and more. I wish that the lift to the beach had been working when we were there and I hope you are able to repair it since it seemed like it would be such fun! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!'

'The house was absolutely beautiful, roomy yet cozy. The host provided toys for the toddlers, very thoughtful. We enjoyed the outdoor space & beautiful landscape. The folks in the area were very friendly, everyone waves to each other. Would definitely rent this one again.'

'The villas we stayed were bit dated. The burners on the electric stove had grease left on them which caused fire when we turned it on. However, the friendly staff, 6 golf courses and the price for the holiday weekend will make us come back over and over again.'

'House was great! Location was a quick 10 minutes to downtown Sagatuck but far enough to feel secluded. We had 10 woman stay for our annual Mother's Day get away and it was plenty big enough. My only gripe is that they didn't provide us enough paper products (TP/ paper towels). At the price we paid, we shouldn't run out of necessities. We would definitely come back!'

'Great property, very clean and well appointed. The deck and back yard are very nicely furnished with pretty landscaping. The entry to the cottage was a bit complicated and it should say in the directions that the entry is the back door. Overall it is a great cottage and we would like to return.'

'this home had a great location and lots of space for a big group. The rooms and bathrooms were nicely updated. The bedding could use upgrading, and it is warm in the upstairs bedrooms on a hot evening, but we loved the place and were very happy.'

'The Farmhouse was spacious and clean. We loved the screened in patio, pool table, and hot tub. Being within walking distance to the shops in Saugatuck was also a huge plus. Would recommend a visit.'
