We checked in and went back to Disney, so it was after 10pm that we were back in our room and turned on the TV and found out it was not getting any signal. I called the front desk, and a maintenance worker came right away, but was unable to fix it. He then found out the rooms available near us, and made sure the TV worked in them before we switched rooms. That is good customer service!

14 Jun 2019Don’ t buy the cheap tickets at the mall nearby, they will force you to visit a resort for 3 hours and aggressively try to sell you a condo, just buy your tickets online

9 Jun 2019Use hotel transport, parking is a rip off, currently $25 for regular. If your planning a full 7 days there it will cost you $175. That's a rip off.
