'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'This is an amazing property. It has been restored to look very much like its original condition ( circa 1900) but with all modern amenities. The rooms are very large and many are suites. Each beautifully appointed. The staff are very helpful and the meals excellent. It is walkable to the quaint beautiful downtown.This was our seventh visit, each has been special. '

'This is an extraordinary hotel and an architectural gem but wildly overpriced for what it is. It used to be classy when it was hotel Henry but has been downgraded by terrible management, hideous signage, and big photos everywhere instead of tastefully curated local art it once featured. The most frustrating is that they have horrible scented air fresheners everywhere that create a sickening smell. In summary it feels cheap and cheesy since reopening, incredibly sad.'
