'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'The room and hotel were fine. The elevator was extremely slow due to the fact only one of two elevators was working during our entire week stay. I was also expecting more from the pool area. Just boring and at one point my daughter and I were alone in the pool with four men. It would have been nice for some from staff to make an appearance. I’m sure security could see on camera we were alone. I also think they were low on pool towels.'

'The parking area had a lot of trash that we noticed was still there for a few days. One main concern was the amount of mold in the air conditioner. That really needs to be cleaned! Otherwise this is my go-to hotel choice when I’m in the area and am overall very happy with the property. '
