'2nd time here. Smaller resort. All units facing the ocean. Great staff. Love this place. They need to have staff run around the place cleaning up in the morning as pool areas had glasses, towels, garbage left over. Otherwise amazing. Will be back next December. '

'Food was amazing , the buffet changes everytime, I loved it. The employees were really nice. I appreciated the fact that there were planned activities everyday (from morning till the night). Unfortunately, if you’re looking for a wild night life there, it’s not there because alcohol and activities end at 11pm.'

'Linda habitación, muy limpia y cómodo. Solo que en las fotos se muestran espacios como una cocina y estancia que no tuvimos.eria bueno especificar que nos darian un cuarto como de hotel. No tiene refri ni cafetera. Al llegar nos podieron un depósito de 5,000.00 pesos que no se mencionaba en expedia. Igual nos lo regresaron pero hubiera sido mejor tener la información completa antes de elegir. '

'They make you wear an ugly plastic wrist band, give you a hard time about leaving the property and if you cut off the ugly wrist band you’re charged $100. Also the food was terrible. I felt Like I was in a high class prision at the rate of $500 a night. Never Again.'

'The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. When we did purchase a day pass for the beach it was completely packed (not private in the least) The Inclusive food and drinks were horrific including a disturbing buffet...

'My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water...

'Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. '

'Worst condition ever of a vacation home. It was absolutely the worst hotels.com experience ever. Just to list a few reasons: Most fans in bed-rooms not working (not ideal in warm Mexico) AC in a few rooms not working. No hot water in any bathrooms. Kitchen equipped for 4 people despite we had 10 on the reservation. Bedding for 6 people despite 10 on the reservation. Ceiling light not working in kitchen, living- and dining room. We sat in dark for 4 evenings! We moved around other light but...
