'The Parking garage makes it convenient to park our vehicle and enter through a door to the hotel. We always feel safe and secure, upon entering the hotel with our room card.We notice that the air always smells so nice and clean upon entering the hotel. Not musty, or stale smelling like alot of hotels do. 'I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

'We arrived at the condo in the evening to find that it had not been cleaned. The rental company arranged to have it cleaned, but we were not able to get in until about 11:00 PM. We soon noticed that one of the sliding doors did not lock. It was too late to have it fixed, but this made for a very uncomfortable night as my husband and I were extremely worried that someone would walk right into the condo.
