'This is our go to hotel when travelling through Albany. The hotel is beautiful with very comfortable rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to assist with any needs. The on site restaurant is a huge benefit for travelers. The food and service are top notch in both the restaurant and bar area. Book the room with the breakfast included option it is well worth the extra cost. '

'Great facility and location for a conference I was attending down the street. Only complaint is when I checked in on a snowy night, there was no clear place to park to check in other than the lot. Long walk to reception desk. Wonderful staff however.'
