'The hotel was in great shape. My only real complaint was the houselessness around the hotel and general area is still pretty rough. Didn't feel super safe at times. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel was under staffed and offered very average food with a bar that was under supplied and person who literally didn't know how to make a martini. '

'The hotel was in a convenient location. We were able to transit and walk everywhere. We loved that there was a games room for when we just wanted a quiet lowkey night. The S’mores in the evenings were a really nice surprise as well! Paid self-parking was underground with an entrance gate that the staff controls, so it felt really secure. The only downsides of our stay was the HEAT in the room. It was blowing out hot air even when we had set it to the lowest setting (65°F/ 18.5°C). At one point...

'Overall it was great. The only downside was how to get a decent cup of coffee in the morning?! I had room service for breakfast, but there was NO OPTION for coffee! We had in room, but yuck. When i ordered breakfast under beverage there was no coffee! We're Portland! Where is the coffee with real 1// 1/2?'
